Complaints

Hello!

If you need to file a complaint about a product, I will guide you through the process.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email at SwagReklamacje@gmail.com explaining exactly what happened to the product.
  2. If possible, take a photo showing the defect and attach it to your email—this will help speed up the complaint process.
  3. Remember, you have two years from the date of purchase to file a complaint.
  4. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
    • Repair of the defect,
    • Replacement with a new product,
    • A refund.
  5. The product being returned should be properly secured to prevent damage and packed along with the receipt and the complaint form (found on the second page).
  6. Swagdetailingshop.pl will cover the shipping costs for both the return of the defective item and the shipment of a repaired or new product.
  7. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive the package.
  8. If you initially selected the prepayment option, the refund will be issued to the same account (unless you provide a different account number in the complaint form).
  9. The terms of complaints for products shipped abroad will be arranged individually with the customer.
