If you need to file a complaint about a product, I will guide you through the process.
Please follow these steps:
- Send us an email at SwagReklamacje@gmail.com explaining exactly what happened to the product.
- If possible, take a photo showing the defect and attach it to your email—this will help speed up the complaint process.
- Remember, you have two years from the date of purchase to file a complaint.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Repair of the defect,
- Replacement with a new product,
- A refund.
- The product being returned should be properly secured to prevent damage and packed along with the receipt and the complaint form (found on the second page).
- Swagdetailingshop.pl will cover the shipping costs for both the return of the defective item and the shipment of a repaired or new product.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive the package.
- If you initially selected the prepayment option, the refund will be issued to the same account (unless you provide a different account number in the complaint form).
- The terms of complaints for products shipped abroad will be arranged individually with the customer.
