Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM

Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM is an advanced vehicle ceramic protection system with the highest quality ceramic nanoparticle networking, consisting of two coatings:

• Ceramic Pro Base* base coat, providing the foundation for paint protection. (*sold separately)
• Ceramic Pro Top finishing coat with special hydrophobic properties.

The synergistic combination of the two coatings enhances protective, visual, and hydrophobic properties.

The formula of Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM is based on a flexible base that continuously adapts the coating to the working vibrations and temperature of the vehicle’s bodywork.

The purpose of Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM is to protect painted, plastic, and metal components by minimizing the risk of scratching, oxidation, and corrosion caused by external negative factors. The hydrophobic properties make it easier to maintain surfaces in absolute cleanliness. The SCS system provides up to 5 years of protection for components.

APPLICATION METHOD

Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM

• We recommend applying in a closed room with an air temperature of at least 20°C.
• For optimal effect, the paint should not have scratches.
• In case of degradation, polish the paint using techniques like SWAG ONE STEP POLISH.
• The surface for application should be dry, cool, and free from grease.

STEP 1

Swag CERAMIC PRO BASE | ceramic foundation

• Shake the bottle before use.
• Apply a few drops of the product to a suede-covered foam applicator.
• Apply SCPB to an area up to 50x50 cm in a crosswise motion – vertical / horizontal.
• Wait at least 4 minutes, gently polish the surface with a microfiber cloth to even out the coating layer.
• Proceed to the next element, follow the procedure until the entire car body is covered with SCPB.
• Wait at least 3 hours, if you have an IR lamp, heat the coating at 50-60°C for 10 minutes to shorten the bonding time.
• After the time interval, apply another layer using the same technique. Recommended layers: 2-3.

STEP 2

Swag CERAMIC PRO TOP | finishing coating that enhances protection and hydrophobicity

• Wait at least 3 hours after applying the PRO BASE coating.
• Apply a few drops of the product to a microfiber-covered foam applicator.
• Apply SCPT to an area up to 50x50 cm in a crosswise motion – vertical / horizontal.
• Wait at least 10 minutes, gently polish the surface with a microfiber cloth to even out the coating layer.
• Proceed to the next element, follow the procedure until the entire car body is covered with SCPT.
• Wait at least 3 hours, if you have an IR lamp, heat the coating at 50-60°C for 10 minutes to shorten the bonding time.
• After the time interval, apply another layer according to the technique. Recommended layers: 1-2.

STEP 3 | hardening and maintenance

• Initial coating hardening time is 12h – without contact with water.
• Full hardening occurs after at least 7 days.
• During this period, the vehicle should be washed without using chemicals, just rinsing with water.
• Only professional paint preparation and accurate application guarantee excellent durability and protective properties of the coating.
• Use pH-neutral or slightly acidic/alkaline car cleaning products.
• For maintenance, use SWAG CERAMIC RELOADER during regular car washing.

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not freeze.
• Shake well before use.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
