Procedure for Product Exchange

Hello!

If you want to exchange a purchased product, I will guide you through the process.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an inquiry to SwagZamówienia@gmail.com regarding the availability of the product you are interested in, or try adding it to your cart to check its availability.
2. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.
3. Secure the product properly to prevent damage and include the receipt along with a printed and signed exchange form (found on the second page).
4. The product must be unused and show no signs of wear. Otherwise, we will charge you for the return shipping costs and send the product back without exchange.
5. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by you and are non-refundable.
6. The exchanged product will be shipped cash on delivery, with shipping costs based on the price list available on our store’s website.
