Procedure for Product Returns

If you want to return a purchased product, I will guide you through the process.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Send the return form to SwagZamówienia@gmail.com.
2. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product.
3. Secure the product properly to prevent damage and include the receipt along with a printed and signed return form (found on the second page).
4. The returned product must be unused and show no signs of wear. Otherwise, we will charge you for the return shipping costs and send the product back without a refund.
5. Shipping costs for returns are covered by you and are non-refundable.
6. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive the package.
7. If you initially selected the prepayment option, the refund will be issued to the same account (unless you provide a different account number in the return form).
