Moving parts: Apply a small amount of SGBSO and operate the mechanism several times to evenly distribute the product inside the construction.

Barrel bore: Soak a patch with the product and pull it through the barrel to create a durable protective layer.

Maintenance after storage: After firearm storage and before reuse, pull a dry patch (cloth) through the barrel to remove excess product and prepare the firearm for shooting.
