Swag METAL ONE STEP POLISH is a medium abrasive One Step polishing paste. It was created for all Detailing Studios and Enthusiasts who need an advanced and uncompromising product for quickly removing moderate degradation from metal parts of a vehicle.

The polishing paste formula combines two technologies: PROGRESS ABRASIVE | LOW TEMP, which combine abrasive particles with a wide range of abrasiveness and a paste structure with high lubricity. The synergy of ingredients ensures exceptional properties, high abrasive strength, and an optimal finish, combined with a paste base that supports temperature dissipation, minimizing metal heating and facilitating the polishing process.

Swag METAL ONE STEP POLISH minimizes the time required for metal renovation to a minimum, often achieving spectacular results with just one pass. The paste’s abrasive strength allows for the removal of metal degradation such as:

HOW TO USE

• Use in a shaded area on a cool, clean surface.
• Shake before use.
• Test the paste in an inconspicuous area.

Hand Work

• Apply a few drops of SPMOSP to a polishing pad, applicator, or microfiber cloth.
• Work in small sections.
• Polish in circular or linear motions depending on the element.
• Full abrasive potential can be achieved with a polishing machine or drill.

Polishing Machine | Drill Work

• Choose the hardness of the felt, polishing pad based on the intensity of renovation.
• Work on a small working area.
• Spread an even layer over the entire section.
• Polish with moderate pressure until the paste is worked in.
• If the metal gets too hot, wait for it to cool down.
• For the best finish, use a sponge pad for final correction after the felt pad.

Optimal Polisher Machine RPM

• RO up to 1500 RPM.
• DA as preferred.

Inspection

• Degrease the surface with SWAG FINAL INSPECT.
• If degradation is still present after inspection, repeat the process.
