Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM

Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM is an advanced vehicle ceramic protection system with the highest quality ceramic nanoparticle networking, consisting of two layers:

• Ceramic Pro Base base layer, forming the foundation of the paint protection.
• Ceramic Pro Top* finishing layer with exceptional hydrophobic properties. (*sold separately)

The synergistic combination of the two layers enhances the protective, visual, and hydrophobic properties.

The Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM formula relies on a flexible base that continuously adapts the coating to the vibrations and temperatures of the vehicle's body.

The goal of the Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM is to protect painted, plastic, and metal components by minimizing the risk of scratches, oxidation, and corrosion caused by external factors. The hydrophobic properties help maintain the surface in absolute cleanliness. The SCS system ensures protection for up to 5 years.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Swag CERAMIC SYSTEM

• We recommend applying in a closed room with an air temperature of at least 20°C.
• For optimal effect, the paint should be free of scratches.
• In case of degradation, polish the paint according to a technique, e.g., SWAG ONE STEP POLISH.
• The surface for application should be dry, cool, and free of grease.

STEP 1

Swag CERAMIC PRO BASE | ceramic foundation

• Shake the bottle before use.
• Apply a few drops of the product to a suede-wrapped applicator sponge.
• Apply SCPB on a 50x50 cm area in a cross-pattern – vertical / horizontal.
• Wait at least 4 minutes, then gently buff the surface with a microfiber cloth to even out the coating layer.
• Move to the next panel and follow the procedure until the entire body is covered with SCPB.
• Wait at least 3 hours, if you have an IR lamp, cure the coating at 50-60°C for up to 10 minutes to shorten the bonding time.
• After the waiting time, apply another layer according to the technique. Recommended number of layers: 2-3.

STEP 2

Swag CERAMIC PRO TOP | finishing layer enhancing protection and hydrophobicity

• Wait at least 3 hours after applying PRO BASE coating.
• Apply a few drops of the product to a microfiber-wrapped sponge applicator.
• Apply SCPT on a 50x50 cm area in a cross-pattern – vertical / horizontal.
• Wait at least 10 minutes, then gently buff the surface with a microfiber cloth to even out the coating layer.
• Move to the next panel and follow the procedure until the entire body is covered with SCPT.
• Wait at least 3 hours, if you have an IR lamp, cure the coating at 50-60°C for up to 10 minutes to shorten the bonding time.
• After the waiting time, apply another layer according to the technique. Recommended number of layers: 1-2.

STEP 3 | curing and maintenance

• The initial curing time for the coating is 12 hours – without contact with water.
• Full curing occurs after at least 7 days.
• During this period, wash the car without chemicals, only rinsing with water.
• Only professional paint preparation and precise application guarantee excellent durability and protective properties of the coating.
• For cleaning, use pH-neutral or mildly acidic/alkaline car care products.
• For maintenance, we recommend using SWAG CERAMIC RELOADER during regular car washing.

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not freeze.
• Shake before use.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
